Folks, as we get close to November, you're likely gonna find memes on this channel criticizing the candidates of both major American political parties. These country kids' hands are rated E for Everyone.

If you happen to be concerned about Project 2025 and feel there's not a way to avoid that but voting Democrat, that's understandable! A lot o people feel that way n the shit laid out in Project 2025 is scary as hell, and we'll open the floor for that discussion.

But if for any reason you come in the chat and suggest people cannot criticize Harris without being a Russian bot or an edge lord, then by every holy thing in heaven and under you're gonna be banned from the channel faster than a hog shot out of a greasy cannon. This channel is communist, not Democrat.

Is this pretty cut and dry when it comes to union stuff?

I was actually shadowbanned from r/union for asking these questions and also told the iww was a fake union, so ig ill take this here.

I thought seniority was supposed to prevent favoritism from management, but ever since going union, its still the same old people being promoted. Those who give sexual favors, are drinking buddies or new people.

I was personally told by one of the manager's wives shed make sure I "never move from my position" which was a threat as in "ill make sure you stay in your place" she also worked hard to get people not to join the union during the campaign, afterwards, she got promoted.

Ive been here since the doors opened, and apply to jobs, and im beginning to suspect they're throwing my resume and applications away. Just to spite me.

Oh whatd they do? hire an outside person. Im constantly shocked when I see some random new guy (i know everyones faces here, like i said, been here a while) and hes working the job I never even got interviewed for..... when I complain im always told "nobody is entitled to anything". Well wtf is the point of a contract if it doesnt entitle me to anything?

Not sure what to do, cause it doesnt seem like the union cares at all. Isnt this just a contract violation pretty cut and dry like i said? Idek what to do, and cant seem to even get in contact with anyone.
