Fighting against the D1 200EMA and range lows.

It's very important for Bitcoin to remain above the H4 trend today. A close above it would be the first sign of a potential reversal.

The best confirmation would be a close above $58K today.

I will also look to position with a daily close above $57K, with the setup invalidated by a daily close below that level.

If we lose them we may do business much lower.

After the last update, Bitcoin failed to hold the daily 200 EMA and dropped straight to the 300 SMA, briefly dipping below it before bouncing back and currently trading above it.

I've drawn three circles to illustrate how BTC first bounced from the 100 SMA, then from the 200 EMA, and now from the 300 SMA.

No one can accurately predict where Bitcoin will head from here, and if someone claims they know, it's best not to follow that advice.

Instead, the best approach is to play an "if-then" strategy on the lower time frames. Therefore, our focus will be on the H1 and H4 time frames, or lower if needed, mostly playing gap fills in BTC, ETH, or other altcoins.

We will keep this major update in mind and switch to lower time frame analysis to see what opportunities arise.
