🌌 In space, there exists a region called the "Bootes Void," one of the largest known voids in the universe, which spans about 330 million light-years across and contains very few galaxies compared to other regions of space.

Discovered in 1981, the Bootes Void is so vast that if the Milky Way were at its center, we wouldn't have known other galaxies existed until the 1960s due to its emptiness. Despite its size, the void contains only about 60 galaxies, making it one of the most under-dense regions in the observable universe. The existence of such vast cosmic voids challenges our understanding of the large-scale structure of the cosmos and the distribution of matter in the universe.
