Coffee bean prices have risen almost by a third across the board since the beginning of the year. While we have some great suppliers, we've been seeing the price increases effect us as well. We unfortunately need to increase the price of most beans by fifty cents a pound on average to keep up with the increases. Our suppliers for the Half-Caf and Decaf options are unaffected by this price increase, so prices for those roasts aren't moving. Thank you everyone very much for your support and patronage!

We're launching our first annual Spring Sale! Each Spring, for the week of the Spring Equinox, we will discount all products and release a new roast! Our new roast this year is The Conquistador Medium Roast, boasting a distinctive flavor profile shaped by the volcanic soil the beans are grown in, with prominent notes of ripe berries and a touch of citrus, with subtle floral hints.

Even better - we've been able to get a deal with the supplier for the beans, and are passing the savings onto our customers!

Use code spring_sale2025 at checkout for 15% off your entire order through March 23rd!

We're happy to release The Nordic Blonde Roast - our lightest roast on offer, perfect for those who love a mellow and intricate way to start their day. These beans are washed processed and contain an unique flavor from the natural process of drying the coffee cherries with the pulp on.

We're still experimenting with some more medium and dark roasts, and are looking to release a discount-roast option in time for our Spring Equinox Sale that will run March 17th through the 23rd.

Discover the art of preserving your homegrown eggs with water glassing! 🥚✨
If you do decide to water glass eggs, here are some tips:
1) Use clean, unwashed eggs with the bloom intact.
2) Store-bought eggs won't work.
3) Use a solution of 1/3 cup hydrated lime to 1 liter of water.
4) Place the eggs in an airtight vessel, point end down, as if in an egg carton.
5) You can fit about 16–18 eggs in a half gallon jar.
6) Before using the eggs, crack each one into a bowl to remove any bad eggs.
7) Signs of spoilage include an "eggy" smell, cloudiness, or floating.
