"Alarm mood in the Euskirchen district: The city of Mechernich announced on Thursday afternoon, August 15, that a cut fence had been discovered on the site of the drinking water reservoir. Around 10,000 people in the city and surrounding villages get their tap water from it.

👉 The city administration is asking those affected not to use the tap water - not even for showering or washing clothes. This is not the first suspected sabotage in NRW this week. ..."
