I love making herbal teas, sometimes adding a bit of raw local honey , and keeping it in the fridge for drinking or using in smoothies. My personal favourite right now is a mix of nettle, raspberry, and honey bush tea.
I have a moringa powder I use in smoothies
Alfalfa is amazing too, called the Father of Herbs- the roots go deep into the ground and pull up much needed minerals.
I enjoyed lemon balm today with honey and my body really liked it.
