PROSTATE CANCER (SUMMARY)

It is a cancer that forms in tissues of the prostate (a gland in the male reproductive system found below the bladder and in front of the rectum). Prostate cancer usually occurs in older men(Mostly aged 65).On a basic level, prostate cancer is caused by changes in the DNA of a normal prostate cell.

SYMPTOMS
It can have no symptoms, but people may experience:

1. Pain in the bones

2. Difficulty starting and maintaining a steady stream of urine, dribbling of urine, excessive urination at night, frequent urination, urge to urinate and leaking, urinary retention, or weak urinary stream.

PREVENTION
1. Reduce fat intake. Eat less trans fats and saturated fats.

2. Eat more fruits and vegetables.

3. Add green tea and soy.

4. Avoid charred(burnt) meat.
