Heads up as well: Regarding coms. I am absolutely sorry if they are taking much longer than anticipated. My health had taken a turn for the worse. Now we know what it is.

I inherited my father's genetic disorder regarding a certain process to convert a lipoprotein into lipids and proteins; instead, my body forms cholesterol out of it. I will be put on cholesterol medication and it will be under control.

Also, it explains my fatty liver and swollen spleen; reducing my amount of fat I am ingesting helped a lot in that regard.Thus, I am on the mend fully, just awaiting the pharmacy to give me the ok to come and pick my medication up. They are currently checking with a cardiologist and hepatologist for the best one in my case, since the disease seems to cause issues with my liver and not my heart.

I am hecking glad that the incertitude is now behind me. Also, I am so happy that I was given the ok to resume cardio training on the elliptic machine. My journey for a fitter self resumes, now with a renewed flame to ensure I am able to art for very long (and become a grey muzzle racc without needing a pacemaker!)
